TERMS Of SERVICE | A lead is defined as follows 1. A phone or emai lead that has been forwarded directly to the Lead Buyer. All phone and emailed leads are also tracked and recorded for accounting purposes. The Lead Supplier assumes all costs of advertising, domains, web hosting and labor involved in collecting the leads. Website and all associated assets are and will remain property of the Lead Supplier. The Lead Buyer is purchasing phone and emailed leads only, no agency relationship, joint venture or partnership is created by this Agreement Phone leads will be call forwarded to the Lead Buyer's preferred phone number by Lead Supplier source tracked business number. Email leads will be forwarded from various online landing pages and contact forms provided by supplier to the Lead Buyer's preferred emai address. All leads are generated directly by the Lead Suppler and sold exclusively to Lead Buyer. Leads will not be resold to any other entities as long as there is a positive Lead Fee Balance as defined below. LEAD FEES The Lead Buyer will pay the Lead Supplier an agreed upon flat-rate recurring fee for the term of this agreement. Payment will be due on the first day each service month. Preferred payment method is ACH draft. CANCELLATION Th« agreement may be canceled at any time by either party with a 30-day written (email) notice. If Lead Buyer does not submit notice 30 days prior to current billing month, Lead Buyer will be billed for service. Lead Suppler agrees to continue to supply leads until the final date of cancellation.
